In the Avengers, Bruce turns into the Hulk on the helicarrier and almost kills Natasha and then starts fighting with Thor. Later on when they're all in New York, the Hulk seems to "know" who they are and is only fighting the Chitauri and Loki. Is there any explanation for this?
