Can't recall SF book title- Digitized humans in dystopian future

My inability to recall this book is driving me to distraction! I think it's of fairly recent vintage (2009+) and involves a dystopian real world burdened by overpopulation. Science as developed a Matrix-like digital/silicon world where human consciousnesses are uploaded to this idyllic environment- at least the ones with enough cash. Most everyone who can is in this new silicon environment. Then someone starts turning off portions of the new digital world. The protagonist is the lucky one to get re-sleeved (to use Morgan's apt phrase) and goes unwillingly back into meat-space to find the perps. Anyone have any idea of what book I'm talking about?

Many thanks!
