Help me find a movie- some guy starts talking and starts talking trash about america being 1st country in the world

So I watched 1 scene and some guy was talking something like "I dont know what the fuck do you mean by saying america is first. Its second in..... 23rd in ......" and then he just continues with examples that america is not first in nothing. and ends with something like that he doesnt understand in what is America first. By the look i would say it is comedy. Film is not old made probably in ~2010. Thanks in forward on help! :)
