Biggest event in Marvel Universe that was non-lethal or non-destructive but still caused biggest loss

Is there any such event in Marvel Universe that lead to big loss. Big Loss in terms of financial loss and not in terms of life or major property. This big loss should be measurable or compared with real life measures.

For example, if Avengers movie is to be considered, the attack on city lead to major property destruction (buildings, streets, shops, vehicles, etc.). Obviously, since Avengers was not adult targeted movie, it didn't show large amount of deaths which was obvious to come up with such huge destruction.

I want to know such kind of loss that would happen in real life if original Mona Lisa gets stolen or American President gets kidnapped. Has such kind of huge loss ever occurred in Marvel Universe?

Electro sucking up whole electricity from a city can't be counted. It will lead to death as all the life support equipment in hospitals will go down leading to death of many patients. So such kind of events which can indirectly lead to death also not considered.
