Considering it is highly unlikely that the Mouth of Sauron is a pure black Numenorean, down to fact Tolkien said black Numenorean's dwindled and mixed with lesser men.
Is it possibly there were black Numenorean equivalent of the Dunedain and that the Mouth of Sauron was one?
