How are the prisoners kepts fed and in healthy conditions in Flash the series

The cells from the particle accelerator in the tv show of The Flash, don't really look like they have a bathroom or a way for the guys to pass in some food... Are we supposed to just assume they "somehow" keep them in healthy conditions?
