Story about a young girl raised/created by robots

The story mentions the three laws of robotics, but I can't find it in the list of Asimov's stories in Wikipedia. I read it about a decade ago.

Humans have been extinct (possibly left the earth) for a long time. A group of robot scientists clone/create/raise a young girl, the only human on earth.

The story is a conversation between a visitor to the lab where they created the girl and one of the scientists. The visitor is concerned that because of the laws of robotics the girl can order them to do anything. It would disrupt their society if other robots find out.

I don't remember how it ends, would appreciate if someone can help.
