The Doctor vs Darth Vader

Title says it all. The Doctor vs Darth Vader, who would win?

Premise: The Doctor has his Screwdriver and Darth Vader has his Lightsaber.

The main argument for The Doctor is that he can use the Sonic Screwdriver to turn off/destroy Vaders life support. Since Vader hasn't encountered Gallifreyans before, he would resort to Force-Choking The Doctor (since most of the being he encountered previously rely on breathing). Since Timelords have that Respiratory Bypass System, The Doctor won't die from the Force Choke.

The main argument for Darth Vader is that given that the Doctor turns off the Lightsaber first, Darth Vader can force grab the Sonic away, making it a hand to hand combat. Sure Vader is slow, but he has The Force and that is a huge advantage.

So, what do you guys think? Did i miss any lore in each universe that can make things extra interesting? I know that Rassilon can manipulate electricity to an extent but I don't know if the same goes for other Timelords. Also, Timelords have telepathic abilities and the Doctor can use those against Vader to distort Vader to throw him off a bit. However, their telepathy hasn't been that expounded upon recently.
