What if Saruman tried this attempt

What would happen Saruman had another 10,000 Uruk hai and he sent them to attack Sauron's forces on Dagorlad? And what would be the result because 2 of the lesser Nazgul were there on fell beasts (The fell beasts won't be shot down by Uruk crossbowmen because they are too fast)

Saruman's army: 10,000 Uruk hai well equipped with crossbows and no other weapons but fighting bare hands if Sauron's forces come close up.

Sauron's forces on Dagorlad: 4,000 Haradrim archers on foot, 8,000 Orcs that are highly trained and almost as big and strong as the Uruk Hai, and the 2 Nazgul are air support and can easily avoid arrows.
