What is the ultimate fate of Jar Jar Binks?

I've seen some sources, especially those as (un?)reliable as the Star Wars Wiki, that say Jar Jar Binks became a high-ranking general and representative of the entire Gungan race after the events of Revenge of the Sith. But is there any more detail that can be shared about what happens to everyone's favorite Star Wars character?

Also, specifically, I would very much like to know if there's any information regarding whether or not Binks finds out about Anakin's reincarnation as Vader (or interacts with him at all after RotS)? After watching Robot Chicken's humorous skit showing what might happen if the two met again, I'm very curious.
