What's the name of this 90's Cop show?

I watched a Police drama in the 90's and I can't remember the name of it. I think it only had 1 season. It probably had about 20 episodes and the finale was very memorable. It was based on the famous North Hollywood shootout from 1997. 1 scene was exactly the same as the real shootout where one of the gunman was driving slowly in the car while the other walked beside the car. Anyone know the name of this show? Thanks.
