Where do Terrigen Crystals come from?

Where do the Inhumans get their Terrigen Crystals? Do they mine them on Earth? Are they synthesized somehow?

I did some quick googling, and didn't find this documented. Randac was the Inhuman scientist who discovered using them to mutate Inhumans (and I've read that issue), but I couldn't find where he got the crystals.
