What psychological effects might Elsa have realistically experienced from years of isolation?

Elsa's parents chose to isolate her at the age of eight, after the incident with her sister, Anna.

Until their deaths, her parents seemed to represent Elsa's only human contact. After their deaths, the movie seems to imply she spends three years alone, until Coronation Day. It seems reasonable to allow Elsa had minimal human contact throughout this time with castle staff, for basic necessities: food, cleaning, clothing, and so forth.

What psychological effects would this isolation realistically have had on Elsa, assuming this was not a Disney movie?

Note: for the sake of this question, let's say Elsa's coronation occurred when she was 19-21 years old, which would put her younger sister Anna at the age of 18-20 on Coronation Day (the Disney Wikia on Anna lists her as 18 years old during the movie, but I am not sure this represents canon). So, if three years have passed between the death of their parents and Coronation Day, that seems to imply their parents died when Elsa was 16-18 years of age. That seems to imply Elsa was without parental interaction for 3 years and with parental interaction for 16-18 years (or 8-11 years from the point of the incident with Anna).
