An old Sarah Connor in a glimpse from the future in Terminator 2?

I think I read somewhere that there was a scene in Terminator 2 that showed a glimpse from the future with an old Sarah Connor. It's obviously not in the normal theatric version, but perhaps it's in the director's-cut or special-edition of the movie... So my questions are; is there such a scene, what happens in it, and which version of the movie is it actually in?
