story ID about the universe beeing splited into 7 different world

I remember reading this not so long ago and i simply cant remember the title.

It was about a universe wich were separated the people by different aspect and trait of personnality. I remember that there were 7 different planets if Im correct.

I remember that 1 of this world was the world of "party", as I called it, where every sin imaginable was ok. Even that it was the law to take drug and everything on if you were a citizen of this world.

There was another world of "Wise" ou "Order", as i called it, where every people with a good logic and a pation for learning and expand their knowledge and things like that. everything was calm and silent on that world.

There were other world like thos but i really dont remember much.

The story was about one man who was at his 20th birthday i think and this is the day you get assign to your new world. This man does not want to go where he is assigned and he attemp to flee. He sudenly bump into a girl that has just escaped as well and they decide to make their way out together.

This is as much as i remember or as much as i went into the story.. I would like to read it again but i cant remember the story.

Any idea would be a lead.

the shuttle or craft/ship were not for everyone. you were to stay on your planet and obey your own laws.
