Was Mystique seen on TV talking to herself when she was talking to Xavier during his freeze min trick?

In the movie X-Men: Days of future past, near the end there is a scene where Mystique has incapacitated Magneto and was aiming her gun at Trask. Then Xavier does his mind trick and was talking to Mystique. Earlier we know Magneto has focused all the cameras to the center and I assume they are still running at this time of the scene.

While Xavier is talking to Mystique, are people watching this on TV only sees Mystique talking to herself?
