After Voldemort took over the ministry he started imprisoning muggle-borns. I wonder why he didn't kill them. Would Voldy have kept the muggle-borns he imprisoned in azkaban forever or would he have killed them after he'd defeated Harry Potter? And why didn't he start doing so right after he gained power?
