Walking Dead silliest character and character with the most survival instinct

Who is the silliest character in the sense which character shows least skills of survival among the main actors of the entire series? I am guessing Beth Greene undoubtedly, the way she can only sing and on the run from walkers craves for "alcohol", she is the weakest of the main character. Who is the strongest character likewise? I am not sure.
