Scifi horror on spaceship/station with killer robot

This is going to sound ridiculous because I remember so little of it, but when I was a kid (<10) I remember seeing this movie where these people are stuck on a spaceship or space station and are being hunted down and killed by some kind of robot, at least I think it was a robot. I know in the end they manage to get away in an escape pod or something but that's basically all I remember.

I don't think it's Saturn 3, but I could be wrong...
