Why did Jedi Council and Senate accept Clone Army when it was based on the gene of a Bounty Hunter? [on hold]

Yes, Galactic Republic was in serious need of a big army, but why did anyone (except Palpatine) accept a Bounty Hunter gene based clone army (despite Kamino said bad gene was suppressed)? Didn't someone sense a plot or something?

Update:

I don't see why this question isn't clear, but I am clarifying it anyway:

  • A clone army was ordered without official consent and a Bounty Hunter was involved (I am assuming Bounty Hunters are bad guys (outlaws) here; As for your comments saying them good guys, I haven't found a single evidence supporting that).

  • The Clone Army was developed in secret without any supervision from The Galactic Republic. So, there was a high chance that someone could screw the genetic programming.
